Bridge Youth

6th - 12th Grade

Bridge Youth

If anyone is going to change the world, it’s the next generation. Bridge Youth is for students 6th-12th grade. It’s designed to give them a place where they can connect with God, with other people, and have fun.

Connect. Grow. Serve.

We exists to CONNECT students to Christ and other Christ followers, create an atmosphere where students are challenged to GROW in their relationship with Christ, and equip and challenge them to SERVE others.

Connect

We believe that you can’t do life alone. God designed us to be relational; both with Him and with other people. So we designed our Wednesday night experience to connect Students to Christ and to other Christ followers their age. One of the sayings you hear around here is, “Show me your friends and I’ll show you your future.” We are intentional about creating an atmosphere for students to grow with God and make friends. This happens through our weekly worship experiences and groups that meet each week.

Grow

Once students are connected we want them to continue to grow. Another way of saying this would be want to make disciples of each student and assist them in becoming lifelong followers of Christ. We encourage each student to be a part of our Weekend Worship Experiences and attend a small group. Our small groups include practical lessons, personal devotional coaching, scripture memorization, and time to connect with other students.

Serve

We believe that saved people serve people. As a church and a Student Ministry, we do everything we can to set students up to serve their church, community, and world. We accomplish this through mission trips, Speed The Light, Ministry Teams, and service projects throughout the year.

FAQ's

How do I get my student involved?

Students really need two things to get involved: a connection point and consistency. Relationships take time to develop. Therefore, when a student’s attendance to service is hit and miss, it makes it much more difficult to develop strong relationships. If your student is new to Bridge Students, please contact us and we would love to meet you and your student and connect with students their age. Our campuses offer different opportunities for you students:

Bricktown

currently offers a small group that takes place on Tuesday nights twice a month.

En Espanol

currently utilizes the worship experience and events through our Mustang Campus.

Mustang

Wednesday nights are a great place for your student to be introduced to Bridge Students. Each week there are around 250 students that are involved in a worship experience and groups at 7:00PM. We also have events throughout the year (retreats, camps, parties, etc) for your student to be a part of.

What adults help out with my students?

Your child’s safety is our top priority. We only allow approved volunteer leaders to serve at Bridge Students. Our volunteer leaders attend monthly training sessions and go through an extensive screening, background check, and application process. Our volunteers are excellent and truly feel called to help disciple your student.

How do I know what's going on?

We want to keep you up-to-date on all upcoming events and services. We maintain our site calendar and Bridge Students page with all upcoming events. At each Bridge Students service, we make it a point to hand out weekly announcement sheets. This is a hard copy of all upcoming events at Bridge Students. Our favorite form of communication is the weekly parent e-mail. This e-mail allows us to communicate with you directly and give you all the info you may need regarding anything happening at Bridge Students.  Click below if you would like to be a part of the weekly parent e-mail.

How do I sign up my student for events?

We have a lot going on at Bridge Students! Each Wednesday night we have the registration room open in the Bridge Students Building from 6:30 PM to 8:45 PM. This is the best way to sign up and pay for events. Unless noted otherwise, we require a release form and deposit in order to reserve a students place for an event. For your convenience,  you can pay by cash, check, or credit card. (If you choose to pay by credit card, we will not reserve a student’s spot for an event until we have the release form.)
